1. Use of the Website

a. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our website or make purchases.
b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password).
c. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration and checkout.
d. You may not use our website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

2. Product Information & Pricing

a. We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing for all artwork. However, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to screen settings and material differences.
b. Prices are listed in LKR (Sri Lankan Rupees) and are subject to change without notice. Discounts and promotions are valid for a limited time and may have additional terms.

3. Orders & Payments

a. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected artwork.
b. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

• Unavailability of stock

• Pricing or product description errors

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
  c. You must provide valid payment details and authorize us to charge the total amount (including taxes & shipping fees) to your chosen payment method.
  d. Payments are securely processed via trusted third-party gateways. We do not store full credit/debit card details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

a. We aim to ship orders within 3-5 business days (unless otherwise stated for custom/pre-order items).
b. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on location and courier services.
c. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

5. Returns & Refunds

a. Due to the nature of artwork, custom/personalized pieces are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
b. For eligible returns, refer to our Refund Policy for details on timelines, conditions, and processes.

6. Intellectual Property

a. All artwork, logos, designs, and website content are the property of Dilru Art Hub or its respective artists and are protected by copyright laws.
b. You may not reproduce, resell, or modify any artwork without explicit written permission from the artist or Dilru Art Hub.

7. Limitation of Liability

a. Dilru Art Hub shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of profits).

• Minor imperfections in handmade artwork, which are part of its unique character.
  b. We make no warranties beyond the descriptions provided on product pages.

8. Amendments & Termination

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colombo.
